Refund Policy

When you get a refund

• Your reading failed to generate — you paid, but the full reading (or the add-on you bought) never appeared.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.

When there is no refund

A reading or add-on that was delivered isn't refundable — the cost of producing it has already been spent. This includes the case where you didn't agree with what it said.

How to ask

Write to support@trydeepfield.com with the date of the payment and the email address on your Stripe receipt. Please don't send card details.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.
